Sessions now play right on the Meditate screen alongside its scenery, so you never leave the moment. Add your name in Settings for a warmer daily greeting, and check the new History calendar to see your practice at a glance.

HOW IT WORKS Tap play, and the meditation audio begins. The timer runs alongside it, continuing even if your phone locks, so you can set your device aside and simply sit. When the session ends, your time is automatically logged — no extra steps needed.

TRACK YOUR PRACTICE Every session you complete adds to your personal, lifetime meditation total. The new History calendar marks the days you've meditated at a glance, alongside your full session log, so you can watch your practice build over weeks and months.
