Log session notes, attach form photos or voice reminders, unlock extra diagram theme packs, and export a weekly training summary card to Photos. Everything stays on your iPhone. Optional coin packs unlock additional muscle-group diagram packs and premium summary layouts; basic summary exports include free uses. Microphone, camera, and photo access are used only when you attach voice notes, form photos, or export cards.
