COUNTDOWN Six fixed presets from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Tap and go.

TIMERS Build custom interval timers for anything with a beginning and an end: HIIT circuits, tabata, stretching routines, breathwork patterns. Warm up once, loop your work segments for as many rounds as you need, cool down once. Rest between segments is automatic and adjustable. Each segment can have its own sound, from soft chimes for breathwork to prominent bells for the gym.

POMODORO Classic focus and break cycling that runs until you end it. Adjust the rhythm to taste. Turn on Focus and Ripresa shields the apps you choose during focus segments using Apple's Screen Time technology, then lifts the shield for every break. You pick the apps. Nothing is monitored or recorded.

FASTING A count up timer for intermittent fasting with 16:8, 18:6, and 20:4 presets or a custom goal. Edit the start time if you forgot to tap when you stopped eating. Your fasting history lives right on the fasting screen, and reaching your goal earns you a proper moment of celebration.

MADE TO BE HEARD, NOT WATCHED A voice tells you what segment is coming before it arrives. Distinct sounds mark every boundary, with a matching 3 2 1 countdown. Timers keep ringing through notifications even when the app is closed. The lock screen shows your running timer, and a home screen widget shows whatever is currently in flight.

QUIET BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. Your data stays on your device and syncs privately through your own iCloud. Ripresa collects nothing.
