FELS — Focused Echo in Life Support is an ultrasound training simulator designed for emergency physicians, intensivists, anaesthetists, and advanced trainees who want to develop or consolidate their focused cardiac echo skills.

The app presents 32 cases across four progressive stations, each built around real ultrasound clips. Work through the views, form your diagnosis, then reveal expert answers and evidence-based teaching points covering diagnosis, key echo findings, and immediate management implications.
