App Blocker & Pomodoro Timer
Enough Yet? is a screen time blocker that talks back.
Pick the apps that eat your day, set a daily quota, and every single open has to get past a gatekeeper who has already heard all your excuses. It doesn't wait quietly for your willpower to turn up. It says something.
THREE LANGUAGES
English, 廣東話 (Hong Kong Cantonese) and 台灣中文. Choose on first launch, change anytime in Settings. Everything switches with it: notifications, shields, stats, Live Activity.
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick apps and set a daily quota: sessions per day, minutes per session
- Open a blocked app and you hit a shield with a rotating roast
- Want in? Ask, wait out a forced countdown, type your reason, then one session unlocks
- When the session ends, the app locks itself again
- Sessions used up? The shield goes terminal. Come back tomorrow.
The friction isn't cruelty for its own sake. Well, not only. It's the same trick a 2023 peer-reviewed PNAS study (Max Planck Institute, on the one sec app) found cuts problem-app opens by roughly 57%.
FEATURES
- Three difficulty modes: Easy (10s wait), Moderate (30s), Hard (60s plus a typed reason, Pro)
- Focus sessions that lock your distractions for as long as you commit to. Hell mode (Pro): no breaks, no surrender
- Pomodoro: 25 on, 5 off, up to 8 rounds, free
- Allow List (Pro): flip it around. Name the few apps that stay open and everything else goes dark
- Scheduled focus: recurring windows that lock apps on their own
- Nudges: for apps you don't want fully blocked, notifications that get less polite as your usage climbs
- Stats: time burned today, unlock counts, focus totals, trends
- Pixel pet companions: eight of them (cats, dogs, a robot). Whichever you pick speaks to you for the rest of the app
- An opening quiz that works out how many years of your life go to your screen at your current pace
YOUR SCREEN TIME DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Screen time is processed entirely on-device by Apple's Screen Time framework. Enough Yet? cannot even see which apps you block. Apple hands us opaque tokens, never app names.
We do collect anonymous product analytics (which screens get opened, which features get used) to improve the app, and you can switch that off in Settings at any time. No ads, no third-party tracking, nothing sold.
