*SMS,MMS,RCS,Whatsapp functionality require Twilio customer level approval per your own Twilio account. A WhatsApp sender (Meta WABA + verified business + registered number + approved templates) & an RCS agent (Google-verified RBM agent) must be provisioned on each customer's own Twilio account. TwineDeck does not do this, therefore we support customers who have already provisioned a sender to use RCS/Whatsapp.
