I connected my Twilio account and completed the initial steps, but the app gets stuck on the “Configure Your Twilio Account” screen with all items still showing as unconfigured. This is especially frustrating because the app relies on these configurations for calling functionality, and as a result, I’m missing incoming calls. That’s not a minor bug, that’s a core reliability issue. Additionally, the setup flow doesn’t match the documentation. The docs mention login options (like Apple/Google), but the app never prompts for those. It’s unclear whether SSO is expected, supported, or just poorly documented. Overall, Setup is unclear and inconsistent with docs, Configuration does not complete successfully, Core functionality (calls) becomes unreliable. Until this is fixed, the app can’t be trusted for anything critical.

I spent hours trying to connect my twillio phone number. I finally got it, it worked . Shortly after the app stop opening I deleted app and downloaded it again. Still can’t open. This has created a huge inconvenience for me
