• TRAINING. Build your routine and log a set in 2–3 taps, with last session's numbers already in front of you. Progressive-overload charts, drop sets, a reliable rest timer and a plate calculator. Tap each set green / yellow / red to capture how hard it really was — a hidden RPE that powers everything else.

• NUTRITION. Tell the app what you ate in plain language. It reads verified values from USDA and Open Food Facts and does the math itself — the AI only understands the words, it never invents the numbers. One-tap recurring meals, barcode scanning, and a calorie credit for intense cardio.

• RECOVERY. Your beast lights up by weekly training volume per muscle, measured against science-based thresholds (MEV/MRV). See at a glance what you've hammered, what's optimal, and what you've neglected.

Premium also unlocks the advanced volume read-out (exact sets done and how many are left to your max, muscle by muscle), customizable volume thresholds, and extra Bestiary skins (Minotaur).

Bestiary Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: €5.99/month or €44.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
