MOMENTS keeps a clear, private record of what your body does: seizures, migraines, or both. It helps you share that record with the people who care for you.

MORE THAN ONE CONDITION Log seizures and migraines side by side, each on its own terms. A seizure is timed precisely; a migraine is recorded as a range, because nobody stops a stopwatch at hour six. The calendar and timeline can show everything at once or narrow to one condition. Patterns analyzes each condition on its own, because pooling them would produce numbers that mean nothing.

LOG IN SECONDS Record what happened while it's fresh: time, how long it lasted, severity, symptoms, possible triggers, location, and your own notes. Didn't catch the time? Log the date on its own, and your records say "Time unknown" instead of guessing at a time that never happened.

SEVERITY IN YOUR OWN WORDS Write what each level of the 1-5 scale means for you, separately for each condition. Your supporters see your definitions beside your records, so a number means the same thing to everyone reading it.

A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN READ Create a PDF report to bring to an appointment, or a CSV of the raw data. It includes your profile, every emergency contact, and, if you choose, your allergies, current medications, and any medicines that must NOT be given to you, set apart in red for emergency responders. Times appear in your own time zone, so an evening migraine reads as an evening migraine.

YOUR CARE CIRCLE Invite the people you trust: a partner, a parent, a caregiver. You approve every request, and you decide exactly what each person can do: see your moments, log one for you, add a note, or create a report. You can change or remove those permissions at any time.

WHAT THEY SAW, ALONGSIDE WHAT YOU RECORDED Supporters you allow can add a note to a moment, like "You were confused for about ten minutes afterward." Their note appears under their name, beside your record. It never changes what you wrote, and you can delete any note on your own moments.

SEE IT AT A GLANCE Dashboard, calendar and timeline views show your history and how it changes across weeks and months. Patterns looks for what tends to come before an event (time of day, day of week, common triggers) and says so plainly when there isn't enough recorded yet to draw a conclusion.
