Epilepsy Care is a simple, private tracker for everything that matters when caring for someone with epilepsy, and built by a parent whose child has epilepsy, because a spreadsheet wasn't enough and no existing app did quite what was needed.

Everything stays on your device. There's no account and no sign-up; open the app and start. It works fully offline.

Log seizures in seconds. Record date, time, duration and type, plus optional details your neurologist cares about: whether it happened during sleep, in hot weather, while sick or very tired, whether emergency medication was needed, severity, and post-seizure (post-ictal) recovery. Add notes or attach a video. Browse everything in a list or a calendar.

Stay on top of medication. Keep a list of current and past medications with doses, and get reminders so doses aren't missed.

Appointments & documents Track neurology appointments with reminders, and keep referral letters, lab results and other documents in one place.

Reports for your neurologist See seizure frequency, type breakdown, days-between-seizures trends and medication effectiveness. Generate a detailed clinical report as a PDF to share at appointments, created entirely on your device.
