Health Bridge for AI

Send selected health data from your iPhone to Health Bridge on your computer. Read-only access, direct sync, and optional encrypted iCloud delivery on Mac.

Health Bridge for AI sends Apple Health data you choose from your iPhone to Health Bridge running on a computer you control. Use that data with your own local tools and AI workflows.

What you need • The iPhone app • Health Bridge Receiver on a Mac or Linux computer

No account or sign-in is required. The install guide walks you through setting up the computer component and pairing your iPhone.

Choose what the app can read Apple’s Health permission screen lets you allow or deny each supported category. Health Bridge only reads categories you allow. It does not write, edit, or delete Apple Health records.

Choose a connection Direct is the default connection and sends data to the receiver you configured. You can instead opt into Encrypted iCloud Mailbox Beta on Mac. Mailbox uses your iCloud container and requires the signed Mac helper. The app uses the connection method you choose and does not switch methods by itself.

Run and recover syncs Choose a sync range, run Sync Now, or enable best-effort automatic sync. If your computer is offline, queued items stay on your iPhone and retry when the selected destination is available. Settings show connection status and recent activity.

Disconnect and reset Disconnect removes the saved receiver connection from the iPhone. Reset Private Sync State removes unsent local payloads and resets local sync progress. Neither action changes your Apple Health records or permissions.

Privacy Health data goes only to the destination you choose. The developer does not operate a health-data cloud and cannot access your receiver or iCloud container. The app has no ads, tracking, analytics SDK, data brokerage, or automatic upload to a third-party AI service.
