Export to any AI, on device
Your Apple Health data, answered on your iPhone and handed to the AI agent you already use.
MetricBridge does two things. It answers plain-language questions about your Apple Health data entirely on the device, and it exports 190 metrics as clean JSON to a destination you choose, so your own AI agent can read your real numbers.
ASK YOUR DATA
Type "how's my resting heart rate trending this week" and get an answer built from your own history.
• Every figure is computed by ordinary code inside the app, not guessed by a model
• The app shows the metric, the date range and how many days of data it used, so you can check the work
• Runs on your iPhone. The question, the data and the answer never leave the device
• An optional on-device model can phrase answers more naturally. It only restates numbers the app already computed, and can never state a figure the app did not compute
• Weekly Brief: a short recap of your week, written on device
IT KNOWS ITS LIMITS
Ask something clinical, like "should I stop taking my statin", and it declines, then offers to show you the data to bring to that conversation. It reports what you recorded. It does not interpret it.
190 METRICS AS CLEAN JSON
Activity, heart, HRV, mobility, respiratory, body, sleep, hearing and nutrition, plus workouts and Age. Written as structured JSON to a destination you pick:
• Your iCloud Drive (default)
• A folder on your device
• Your own local network over HTTP or WebSocket
• Any webhook URL you trust
Background auto-export refreshes the file when new health data arrives, so your agent's context does not go stale. Every delivery is token-authenticated, and the in-app history shows exactly what was sent, when, and whether it succeeded.
A READ-ONLY MCP SERVER
MetricBridge ships a zero-dependency, open-source MCP server that you install on your own computer. It gives any MCP client 14 read-only tools:
get_mcp_status · list_metrics · get_health_metrics · get_trends · compare_periods · get_structured_export · get_intraday · query_health_data · list_events · get_profile · get_workouts · get_sleep_sessions · get_cycle_context · correlate_metrics
Ask your assistant to compare your HRV this week against last week and it calls the tools, then answers from your real numbers. No dashboard to build, no files to wrangle. Works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, opencode and any other MCP client. Your agent reads only after you pair it with a code from the app, and you can regenerate that code whenever you want.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Read-only. The app reads Apple Health and never writes to it or changes it
• No account, no sign-in, and no ads inside the app. Your health data is never used for advertising
• No third-party AI service is involved, and no data reaches a server we operate
• Reproductive health, sexual activity and alcohol stay excluded unless you turn them on
