THE 168-HOUR PRINCIPLE You set up your categories: sleep, work, family, sport, whatever matters. Each one gets a weekly goal. A reserved category locks its goal: sleep isn't negotiable. A flexible one only counts the time you actually log. Free time isn't one more category: it's what remains once everything else is committed. That distinction is what makes the number honest.

MY DAY, TO THE MINUTE Open Today: your day, right away, on an hour ruler that runs from midnight to midnight. Blocks sit at their real time, empty hours group by part of day, and a marker shows where you are now. Sleep is a block like any other, and a night started yesterday evening shows at the start of today.

TASKS TO PLACE Note a duration now, place it later. Subtasks, priority, due date with or without a time, recurrence, a per-task icon, and reminders. One task can take several slots: two hours of revision across three sessions is still one task.

TIMER Start a timer without knowing when you'll stop. It survives closing the app and becomes a logged block. Give it a target and it rings when you get there.

TIME CHECK Before saying yes to something, test it: a category, an estimated duration, and a verdict in ten seconds, along with the first free slots that could hold it.

LOOKING AT YOUR WEEK Breakdown, planned versus actual, a six-week trend, and an end-of-week review covering what you logged, time lost, completion rate, and the categories you left aside. Then: prepare next week. Never a reproach.

Export a file, or switch on the automatic copy to YOUR iCloud Drive, which we cannot read. Create an account and it is mirrored to your other devices in real time: the server carries it without ever opening it. No ads, no trackers, no advertising identifier.
