Reqzi Resident is the app for residents of buildings managed with Reqzi. If your building runs on Reqzi, this app connects you directly to your front desk and management team.

YOUR ACCOUNT Accounts are set up by your building management team, so there is nothing to register. Sign in with the email and password from your welcome invitation and everything is already set up: your property, your unit and what is happening in your building.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

• Report issues in seconds, with photos from your camera or library
• Track the status of every request from open to resolved
• See updates from your property team on each request

PARCELS

• See every parcel your front desk logs for you
• Check what is ready for pickup and what you have already collected
• Leave a pickup note, for example if a housemate is collecting it

GUEST INVITES

• Every invite has a PIN and QR pass your guest shows at the front desk
