HiveappROS Personel is the staff app for restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses running on the HiveappROS workforce platform. Employees see their shifts, clock in and out, request time off and follow their earnings from their phone. Managers run the floor from the same app.

FOR EMPLOYEES

• Shifts at a glance — Today's shift, upcoming schedule and the branch you are assigned to. • QR clock-in and clock-out — Scan the QR code at your workplace to start and end your shift. Location is checked at that moment, so attendance records stay accurate. • Requests — Report that you cannot make a shift, request annual, sick or unpaid leave, or ask to change your shift hours. Track the approval status of every request. • Pay and earnings — Follow your month-to-date payroll, view past payslips, check bonus targets and request an advance. • Daily checklists — Complete the opening, closing and station checklists assigned to your role. • Tasks, surveys and training — See tasks assigned to you, answer surveys, and open video or PDF training material. • Announcements — Company-wide and department announcements in one feed. • Levels and XP — Earn experience as you complete shifts and checklists.

FOR MANAGERS

• Today's pulse — Who is on shift, who is late, who has clocked out, and which shifts are still open. • Weekly plan — Build the schedule on a staff-by-day grid and publish it to the team. • Approval inbox — Approve or reject leave, absence and shift-change requests in one place. • Attendance report — Monthly attendance performance for the whole team. • Checklist tracking — Publish checklists to departments and follow completion as it happens. • Position assignment — Assign roles and positions to your team. • Multiple branches — Switch between locations if you manage more than one.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED

HiveappROS Personel works together with a HiveappROS business account. Any business can open a workspace and invite its own staff; employees sign in with the credentials their employer provides.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera — used only to scan the QR code when clocking in or out. • Location — used only at the moment you clock in or out, to confirm you are at the workplace. The app never tracks your location in the background.
