• Quiet Home Screen: Choose up to twelve apps and make your phone distraction-free.
• Detox Mode: Block apps and websites using Screen Time.

Automatically block apps by:

• Setting Blocking Hours.
• Setting Blocking Places, such as your office.

Choose from four ways to unlock apps:

• Wait a specified number of seconds.
• Tap the Continue button a set number of times.
• Complete a healthy activity on a timer.
• Enter a passcode to open the app. Have someone else set the passcode so you cannot unlock apps yourself.

Detox Mode also includes a Statistics page, where you can track your progress and keep improving.
