Plumb is a calm, private posture-awareness companion. It learns the comfortable "tall" you set for yourself, gently notices when your head drifts forward, and nudges you to ease back — at your desk, or hands-free through your AirPods.

A prompt to notice, not a verdict. Plumb learns your neutral, not a textbook ideal — and the fastest way to lose your trust would be to overclaim, so it stays plain-spoken about what it can and can't do.

TWO WAYS TO USE IT

Hands-free with AirPods — the everyday mode. Plumb reads your head position from compatible AirPods or Beats, so your phone can stay pocketed or locked. A soft tone cues you the moment you drift past your own threshold, and goes quiet the instant you ease back.

Camera at your desk — the screen-attended alternative. The front TrueDepth camera reads your head position at desk distance — and your shoulders when they're in view. Frames are processed in the moment and immediately discarded — never previewed, saved, or uploaded.

It can't see your lower back, and we won't pretend otherwise.

CALM BY DESIGN

• A gentle nudge — a soft tone, a tap, or both. It gets slightly more insistent on a long slump, and stops the moment you ease back. • Breathing and small shifts inside your neutral zone never count. • A "held tall" timer tracks your time in a comfortable position. • A stylised living figure reflects how you're holding your head — no camera image or video is ever stored or shown back. • Insights answers one honest question: am I improving? A clear average, an honest change once there's enough history, and quiet days left as blank space, never guessed. • Learn — six short, evidence-anchored reads on why noticing your posture matters, each with its limits stated plainly.

YOUR POSTURE NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE

• Everything is analysed on your device. There are no Plumb servers and no backend — there's nothing to send. • No account, ever. No sign-up, no email, no login. • No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. • iCloud sync is off by default and opt-in; it goes only to your own private iCloud. • Apple Health is write-only — Plumb can log a Mindful Minutes session and never reads your health data.
