VisitProof Check-In is a companion kiosk app for VisitProof - the supervised visitation management platform used by family law professionals, nonprofits, and child welfare organizations.

Set up an iPad at your facility's front desk and let parents sign in electronically when they arrive for supervised visits. Each check-in is timestamped, signed, and recorded - giving your team a verifiable attendance record without paper sign-in sheets.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A staff member signs in once to set up the tablet for the day.
2. The app displays today's scheduled visits.
3. When a parent arrives, they tap their name and sign on the screen.
4. The signature and timestamp are saved instantly to the visit record.
5. Supervisors are notified when all parents for a visit have signed in.
