Plan, dose, airway & crises
Build the anesthetic plan, check doses, rehearse the crisis — offline. Decision-support & teaching for anesthesia pros. Not a patient monitor; no data leaves the device.
Anesthesia Ready is an offline decision-support and teaching reference for the perioperative anesthesia workflow, built for licensed anesthesia professionals — anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs — and supervised trainees. Build an anesthetic plan, check doses, rehearse crises, and keep a manual vitals display at hand, all on-device with no network connection.
Anesthesia Ready is decision-support and education only. It is not a patient monitor, it does not connect to any patient, and it is not a substitute for your clinical judgment, your attending, or a formal pre-anesthetic evaluation. Doses shown are typical adult values and must be confirmed against current references and your institutional policy.
ANESTHETIC PLANNER
Mark the agents and gases you have available, then enter the patient's medications, allergies, comorbidities, aspiration risk, ASA status, urgency, surgical site, and urine-drug-screen results.
Get ranked, referenced anesthetic approaches with cited alerts — including drug-interaction and hold-time flags (e.g., GLP-1 agonists, anticoagulants).
DOSE CALCULATOR
Weight-based dosing for adults and pediatrics, local-anesthetic maximums (with and without epinephrine), and TIVA infusion rates.
DIFFICULT AIRWAY
Screen for a difficult airway and get the ASA 2022 approach — awake vs. asleep, with a rescue plan.
EMERGENCIES
Break-glass walkthroughs for malignant hyperthermia, LAST, anaphylaxis, can't-intubate-can't-oxygenate, laryngospasm, bronchospasm, and high spinal.
LIVE VITALS (TEACHING)
Manual-entry vitals including TOF and BIS, with alarms, trend sparklines, a case timer, an event log, and a simulated demo stream for rehearsal. This is a teaching display — not a patient monitor.
DRUG & GAS REFERENCE
Every agent in the planner — class, typical adult dose, key caveats, and the source it is drawn from.
REFERENCED CONTENT
Content reflects current reference editions, including Miller's Anesthesia (10th ed., 2025); Barash, Cullen & Stoelting's Clinical Anesthesia (9th ed., 2024); Stoelting's Anesthesia and Co-Existing Disease; the 2022 ASA Difficult Airway Guidelines; the ASA Standards for Basic Anesthetic Monitoring; the 2023 ASA guidance on GLP-1 receptor agonists; the ASRA anticoagulation guidelines (5th ed., 2025); and the MHAUS malignant-hyperthermia protocol. Always confirm against the current published version and the package insert.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Anesthesia Ready runs entirely on your device. It makes no network calls, collects no analytics, and stores no patient data.
INTENDED USE
For licensed anesthesia professionals and supervised trainees. Not for patients or the general public, not for real-time clinical monitoring, and not a replacement for institutional protocols or emergency care.
