HOW IT WORKS

1. Snap or import your rota. Take a photo, pick a screenshot from your library, or add a PDF. Prefer typing? Just describe your rotation in plain words.
2. Review before anything is scheduled. Shiftmate's AI reads your shifts, then you confirm and edit every one. Nothing is scheduled behind your back.
3. Wake up on time. An alarm is set for each shift, calculated from your start time minus your own prep, commute, and buffer. Override any wake time whenever you like.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your personal details — shift notes, titles, locations, and colleague names — stay on your device and are never sent to any server. Rota photos are used only to read your shifts and are deleted right after processing. You don't need an email or account to use the app. Product analytics are anonymous and can be turned off in Settings. Data is hosted in the EU.

Exact prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account Settings.

Because AI scans have a real per-scan cost, every plan includes a monthly scan allowance; you can buy extra scans as a one-time credit pack, and manual shift entry is always free. If your subscription ends, alarms you already created keep working.
