This app is designed to manage the structure and organisation of Refresh Builders Scotland ltd. The app includes the following features:

Login access is required. Only employees registered on the app by admin can create a login. Being a user name and password. Please see data collected in apps privacy policy for more details on how your data is used and stored.

Dashboard: Allows admin a quick glance at active jobs, pending tasks, employees, open safety, leave pending. Along with recent jobs and safety alerts.

Job lines & tasks- Here admin can create new job lines with full job description and location. Along with creating individual step by step tasks and assign them to the correct trade employee or team. The employee is then alerted to their new task. When at the location the employee has to compete a health and safety form before being able to access their tasks. On arrival the employee must also sign into the job as to generate their working hours for their time sheet. This is done via in app GPS tracking during working hours. On completion of task photographic evidence is required to be uploaded. Snagging is then carried out and generated through audio to text. The employee is then notified if they have any snagging to complete. Once signed off by management a invoice starts to be partially generated until the full job line is complete.

Employees: Individual task cards are formed with employee information. Including name, address, DOB, phone number, email, NI number, UTR number, emergency contact details, qualifications, job role and team.

Annual leave: Employees can submit requests. Admin then approve or decline. Annual leave is then automatically added to the calendar.

Health & Safety: All documents relating to health and safety are created and stored in this section. This feature includes electronic signature via touch screen.

Calendar: Allows admin to view in calendar format annual leave, live jobs and upcoming. This helps with pre booking of jobs and job relocation.

Merchants: Merchants can be added with all details and account numbers.

Subcontractors: Can be added which allows them to upload their certificates and invoices for allocated jobs.

Timesheets: Engineer tracking calculates the total working hours of employees and converts to CVS file to create timesheets for each individual employee.

Invoice & Billing: Invoices can be created and stored. Outstanding notifications, received payments and overdue are also visible.

Teams: Employees working teams can be created.

SOR pricing. Schedule of rates pricing database.

Engineering tracker: Features on site, signed out, not checked in and late arrivals as to ensure staffs where abouts and safety.

Inventory: Inventory list is created and linked with SOR pricing as to help create pricing breakdown at ease. Materials can also be grouped into bundles.
