HOW IT WORKS

Wash to Wake (Wet-Face Scan) Splash cold water on your face and hold it up to the camera. Uply's on-device vision model checks for actual water on your skin using specular reflection analysis—a dry face will not pass. The alarm stops only once it's verified.

Pushup Challenge Do standard or knee pushups, counted in real time by your phone's motion sensors with on-screen skeleton tracking. Finish the set to Dismiss the alarm.

Object Hunt Get out of bed, find a random household object, and scan it to prove You've actually moved.

Anti-Snooze & Anti-Deletion Uply uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block force-quitting and deletion while an alarm is active. There is no shortcut back to sleep.

Anti-Sleep Watchdog Put the phone down mid-mission and drift off? Uply re-triggers a high-decibel alarm until the mission is actually finished.

WHY IT WORKS

Cold water on the face triggers the mammalian dive reflex—it lowers your heart rate and increases blood flow to the brain, cutting through Sleep inertia faster than any snooze button. Push-ups do the same. through movement and elevated heart rate. By the time the mission is Done, you're already awake.

PRIVACY

Face scans and pushup tracking are processed 100% on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Nothing is recorded, uploaded, stored, or seen by anyone—including us. Uply shows no ads and does not share your data with advertisers.
