WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

Joint events on a full-body map. Tap any joint to log a subluxation or dislocation. Record event type, severity, pain level, how it was reduced (self, manual assist, ER), and what you were doing when it happened. Over time, the trigger context becomes one of the most useful patient-side signals.

Beighton scores over time. Log your 9-point Beighton score with per-test breakdowns. The trend chart shows the adult GJH threshold so you and your clinician can see exactly where your hypermobility sits.

POTS and MCAS, when relevant. Optional opt-in modules for the EDS "trifecta." Log resting and standing heart rate with automatic delta calculation against the +30 bpm POTS threshold, and track MCAS reactions with triggers, symptoms, and severity. If neither applies, these modules stay hidden.

Daily check-ins. A 30-second flow for overall pain, fatigue, unstable joints, meds and braces used, and notes.

Insights. Pain and fatigue trends, most-affected joints, weekly event frequency. Spot patterns across the last 30 days, 90 days, or all time.

PDF reports for appointments. Generate a multi-page summary of your joint events, Beighton history, and pain/fatigue charts. Share it with your specialist via Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files — designed to look credible in a clinical setting.

PRIVACY

Everything you log stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no third-party trackers, no data shared with anyone. Uninstalling the app removes the data with it.

The Today check-in, full Joint Log, and 30-day Insights are free. Premium unlocks Beighton tracking, comorbidity modules (POTS, MCAS), full Insights history, and PDF report export.

Hypermobile Premium auto-renews at $5.99/month or $39.99/year. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the charge.
