HealthPass By Legacy gives members a simple way to manage their HealthPass membership from their iPhone.

Use the app to view your membership status, access your digital member card, review covered services, request appointments, find clinic information, manage family access when available, and keep track of account and billing status.

HealthPass is a direct-access healthcare membership for real-world clinic services. It is not insurance and does not replace emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

Membership payments and account activation are handled through HealthPass and its secure hosted checkout provider. The app does not sell digital content or in-app purchases.
