Hebrew texts automatically render right-to-left, and Focus Mode gives you a clean, distraction-free reading experience.

STUDY WITH BUILT-IN TOOLS

The app includes Matthew Henry's commentary and an AI Book Summary, with more commentaries available as free downloads. Five lexicons include Strong's number lookup, cross-references are available for every verse, and the Word Info / interlinear view shows morphology, gloss, and original-language text. Full-text search works across every installed translation at once, with book-range filtering.

OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANT: THEOPHILUS

Theophilus can look up verses, summarize chapters, pull cross-references, search the lexicon, create bookmarks, and write study notes — all by asking in plain language. Theophilus is entirely optional: Theodia works fully with the AI turned off. When enabled, you choose the model and endpoint, whether a self-hosted server or an API service you provide. Your API key is stored securely on your device and is never logged.
