Work offline, sync later Inspections and photos save to the device the moment you capture them. Out of signal at the back of the yard? Nothing waits on the network. The record uploads on its own once you're back in range.

Turn defects into work A failed item doesn't vanish into a PDF. Defects carry over to the shop so nothing slips between the walk-around and the repair.

Keep the history Every inspection stays searchable: by vehicle, by date, by who ran it. When you need to show what was checked and when, it's already there.

Admins, shop staff, and yard managers each see the part of the operation that's theirs to handle. Your fleet's data is isolated to your company at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.

GFM's mobile app is where the field work happens. The office side of the platform handles work orders, parts, invoices, and reporting.
