Plant & Machinery (optional add-on) When your organisation enables the Plant & Machinery module (via stocktrackpro.co.uk), qualified inspectors can: • Register and inspect plant assets (excavators, MEWPs, lifting equipment, and more). • Complete LOLER thorough examinations, PUWER checks, service reports, and pre/off-hire checks in one guided workflow. • Capture inspector details, checklists, parts and labour, and digital signatures. • Submit locked, auditable records; managers access certificates and PDF reports on the web dashboard.

Managers can add machines from the app or website. Inspector access requires an active qualification profile.
