BUILT FOR PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION RoadOpp handles PHI, and is built to the HIPAA Security Rule. Sessions log out automatically after inactivity, email verification is required at sign-up, delivery activity is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and every request is encrypted in transit.

LOCATION USE Couriers share location in the background only while an accepted delivery is in progress, so dispatchers and facilities can see the specimen's live position and ETA. Location sharing stops when the delivery is complete. Dispatchers do not share background location.
