• Work Records: Create structured logs with scene tags (Meeting, Chat, Feedback, Task), person, key points, understanding, task-change flag, and follow-up notes.
• Media Attachments: Attach photos from your library or camera, and record optional voice memos when you tap the controls on the record form.
• Follow-up Tracking: Mark items that need confirmation and optionally set local reminder notifications from the record form.
