MyXHealth puts the health information from your doctor's office on your phone. If your clinic uses MyXHealth, you can sign in to see your records, message your care team, manage your appointments, and keep up with everything your providers have ordered, without calling the front desk and waiting on hold.

SEE YOUR RECORDS Your lab results, imaging reports, visit notes, and after-visit summaries appear as soon as your clinic releases them. Your medications, allergies, conditions, and past visits stay current in one place, so you always have the full picture.

FOLLOW YOUR CARE PLAN MyXHealth shows the screenings and check-ins your providers recommend, what you are already current on, and what is coming due. Tap any item to see what it is for and when it was last done.

MANAGE APPOINTMENTS Book a new visit, reschedule one you already have, and look back at past visits. When you have a video visit, you join it right in the app at the scheduled time.

MESSAGE YOUR CARE TEAM Ask a question and get an answer without sitting on hold. You get a notification the moment your clinic replies, and the whole conversation stays together in one thread.

TRACK ORDERS AND REFERRALS Follow the status of referrals, lab and imaging orders, and prescription requests. Download your lab and imaging order forms as PDFs to take with you, and once a referral is approved you can see the specialist's name, office, and phone number.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Your information stays between you and your clinic. You can remove your login and delete your account from inside the app whenever you want.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE MyXHealth is available in English and Spanish today, with more languages on the way.

GOOD TO KNOW MyXHealth works with clinics that use the X Health Desk platform, so you need an account from your clinic to sign in. The features you see depend on what your clinic has turned on.
