Checking a box proves nothing. ProveIt makes you show the receipt — a photo, your location, or a teammate's sign-off — and escalates when you don't.

THREE WAYS TO PROVE IT Photo — snap the evidence and an AI judge decides whether it actually shows what you claimed. Location — the app confirms you were physically at the gym, the office, wherever you said you'd be. Peer — a teammate reviews your proof and approves or rejects it. Every task you create has to use at least one of them. There is no self-attest option.

RHYTHM-AWARE SCHEDULING The app learns when you sleep, work, and are actually home, so it only holds you to a task when you're genuinely free to do it.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON'T Miss a task and nothing quietly forgives you — and it's the clock that punishes you, not a tally of misses. COMMITMENT MEANS COMMITMENT There is no free delete. A task leaves your list when you prove it, or when you spend an "I'm Lazy" token to remove it — which tells your crew you did. You can appeal a rejected proof, but you can't quietly make a commitment disappear.
