Appius Driver

Appius Driver is the driver app for NEMT fleets that run on Appius. If your company dispatches with Appius, this app is your whole day: your route, your vehicle checklist, and your navigation, on your own phone.

Your route comes to you. Dispatch plans the day and publishes your route to the app, with a notification when it's ready or when it changes. No radio calls, no printed manifests.

Start the day with a quick vehicle check. Your assigned van is waiting on the home screen. Complete the short checklist and your route unlocks.

Drive with one tap per step. The app walks you through each trip: navigate to the pickup, mark arrived, rider picked up, dropped off. Dispatch sees your progress automatically, so nobody has to call and ask where you are.

Works when the signal doesn't. Trip actions save on the phone and sync when coverage comes back, so a dead zone never costs you a completed trip.

A note on location: while you're on an active route, Appius Driver shares your position with your dispatch team, including when the app is in the background. That's how dispatch tracks trip progress and keeps riders updated. Location sharing stops when your route is done.

Appius Driver requires an account registered by an Appius fleet. There's no public signup — log in with the phone number your company registered and a code we text you. If your company doesn't run Appius yet, point them at appius.tech.
