Skipper NEMT is the driver app for non-emergency medical transportation providers. It gives drivers everything they need for a shift — today's schedule, navigation, status updates, and proof of delivery — without paperwork or phone calls to dispatch.

This app is for drivers at transport companies that use Skipper. Your account is created by your employer; there is no public sign-up.

YOUR DAY, IN ORDER See every trip assigned to you, sorted by pickup time, with the passenger, addresses, appointment time, and any mobility or equipment needs flagged up front so you know what to bring.

ONE TAP TO START Tap Start Trip to begin an active trip and open turn-by-turn directions in the same step. Choose Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze once and every trip after that goes straight there.

FOUR-STEP STATUS UPDATES Arrived at pickup, picked up, arrived at dropoff, dropped off. Each tap updates dispatch in real time, so nobody has to call you for an ETA.

WORKS WHERE COVERAGE DOESN'T Your schedule is cached on the device and status updates are queued when you lose signal, then synced automatically once you're back online. A dead zone doesn't cost you a trip record.

PROOF OF DELIVERY Capture a signature at dropoff and record odometer readings without a separate form.

PRE-TRIP INSPECTIONS Complete your vehicle inspection checklist in the app at the start of the day.

SHIFTS AND AVAILABILITY Start your day, head home when the last trip is done, and set the days and times you're available to work.

STAY IN SYNC Get notified when your schedule changes, so a reassignment doesn't reach you an hour late.

BUILT FOR SENSITIVE INFORMATION Passenger details are protected on the device: the app locks behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode after a period of inactivity, blocks screen recording on trip screens, and hides passenger information when the app is in the background so nothing sensitive sits in your app switcher. You can delete your account and personal information from Settings at any time.

LOCATION Skipper uses your location so dispatch can confirm your position on trips you're assigned to. Background location is used only while you're on an active trip or heading back at the end of your shift, and stops when your shift ends. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
