Features & Capabilities

Frequencies and psychology for your mental and emotional wellbeing. Every practice cites its source.

Getting calm when your mind won't switch off.

SonoTer puts original sound compositions together with exercises from psychology. The sound takes you into a relaxed, open state — and that is exactly where the work that actually changes something takes hold.

Clear and down to earth. And every practice tells you what it rests on.

NEW

• Frequency mix: all ten master frequencies at once, each with its own volume. Build your mix, name it, come back to it. • Daily emotional review: ten steps through the day's emotions. You name what was there, feel where it sits in the body, look at where it comes from and what it connects with — and let it go. • A female or a male voice, everywhere. Every affirmation is recorded in both.

THE PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND IT

Every practice in SonoTer has a card explaining why it works — with names and studies, and no promises of a cure:

• Naming something lowers its intensity. Matthew Lieberman (UCLA) showed with brain imaging that putting a feeling into words lowers amygdala activity. Affect labelling. • Emotions sit in the body, in places that repeat. Lauri Nummenmaa mapped them, and found the same patterns across cultures. That's why the review asks WHERE you feel it, not why. • Accepting instead of pushing away. Steven Hayes calls not wanting to feel experiential avoidance; Laura Campbell-Sills measured that accepting shortens recovery while suppressing lengthens it. • Looking from outside. Ethan Kross showed that distance from your own experience slows rumination — Segal, Williams and Teasdale built mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on it. • Patterns that repeat. Carl Jung found, back in 1906 with a stopwatch and a skin-response meter, that emotions don't come from nowhere: they hang on themes that return.

WHAT ELSE IS INSIDE

• Ten master frequencies, alone or mixed • Binaural sound generated live: any length, nothing to download • Chambers and singing bowls: original compositions for letting go • Affirmations and NLP, fully spoken in English • Guided breathing: 4-7-8, box breathing, Wim Hof, Nadi Shodhana — with a figure whose lungs widen with every breath • Autogenic training in eleven steps • Evening reflection with ten Stoic questions
