TWO WAYS TO USE IT As an audiovisual session, when you have time: calm imagery, nature footage and AI-generated scenes, modulated audio and a gentle vibration in time with the frequency, five to forty-five minutes.

Or as sound alone in the background, with the vibration if you like, while you work, study or fall asleep.

HEAR IT, SEE IT, FEEL IT The frequency lives in the sound. If you like, a subtle light pattern is layered over the video, and a gentle vibration in time with the frequency. Each can be switched off on its own.
