CueTilt: Neck Posture Feedback

CueTilt is a camera-free head-position mirror for desk work. Open the app, move your head, and the live ring follows supported headphone motion in real time. Set a personal good zone, then use the ring to notice when your head starts drifting down, up, or off-center while you work.

How to use CueTilt:

• Wear compatible AirPods and connect them to your iPhone.
• Open CueTilt and allow Motion & Fitness.
• Move your head once to start the live ring.
• Sit comfortably upright and tap Set Baseline.
• Keep CueTilt open while you work and follow the ring.
• View Session Stats to see steady time and drift patterns.

CueTilt is posture awareness, not medical correction. It measures head-position motion only, without a camera or extra wearable.
