Capnolog is a case log for anesthesiology residents and fellows. Log a case in a few taps, see your counts against the ACGME minimums, and, with Premium, fill the ACGME Case Log form from your own log instead of retyping it.

CATCH UP FROM A LIST Behind on logging? Paste a case list, or import a CSV or PDF you exported, and Capnolog reads the columns, skips the cases you already have, and adds the rest. Nothing pasted leaves the phone.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Progress shows every ACGME category against its minimum and your pace toward graduation. Flag cases for M&M, teaching, research, or a case report. Export everything to CSV any time.

THE ACGME CASE LOG, WITHOUT RETYPING The free Capnolog extension for Chrome reads your ACGME Case Log so the app knows what is already filed. With Premium, it also fills the ACGME form from your log, inside your own ACGME account, when you ask it to. You check the form and press Submit yourself. Capnolog never presses Submit, and no Capnolog server ever touches acgme.org.

NOTHING ABOUT A PATIENT LEAVES YOUR PHONE Cases live on your iPhone. No account is needed to log. iCloud Backup is optional and uses your own iCloud. Medical record and case-ID fields are masked to their last four characters before they are stored.

Premium adds case planning, unlimited templates and attending notes, ACGME Case Log form fill, calendar schedule import, case lists of your own, and remembered import formats, as an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
