Stavo Run is a calm local organiser for running records, weekly planning, and personal activity statistics. It is designed for users who want to log completed sessions manually, review their training history, and keep a simple schedule in one organised workspace without unnecessary online features. Core features: • Weekly planning. Create a runner profile, choose an experience level, select a schedule focus, and set preferred running days. The app creates a baseline plan that can be adjusted to match your real routine. • Manual workout log. Add completed runs with a date, distance, elapsed time, and record title. Average pace is calculated from the values you enter. • Effort details and notes. Mark each entry as easy, moderate, or hard, connect it to a planned session, and save personal notes about how the run felt or what conditions affected it. • Plan control. In the plan area, you can review upcoming recovery, easy, tempo, or long sessions, then edit, skip, duplicate, or delete items. • Progress overview. Statistics show weekly distance, average pace trends, and plan consistency. Time filters let you review the last 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or your full history. • Searchable history. A chronological log keeps sessions easy to revisit, with search support for titles and words from your notes. Privacy and control: based on the provided input, the core logging and planning features work without account creation and without a required internet connection, with records processed locally on the iPhone.
