Turn your Philips Hue lights into a living disco. LumiBeat listens to the music in the room and makes your lights pulse, sweep and flash in time with the beat — bass, mids and highs each drive their own part of the show. Every beat hits the lights: colours jump, brightness pops up and fades back down. It feels like standing in a real club, right in your own home.

Prefer no music? Pick a colour palette and let your lights dance on their own. Build rooms, choose colours, set the tempo and brightness, and hit play. Perfect for a party, a game night, or just because it looks amazing.

WHAT LUMIBEAT DOES LumiBeat automatically imports your existing Hue rooms when you connect, so you can start straight away without setting everything up from scratch. Each room has its own colour palette and light show. From the overview you can start all rooms at once, or set a different vibe per room.

MUSIC-REACTIVE LIGHT SHOW The app listens through your device's microphone to the music in the room. Bass, mids and highs are each analysed separately and drive their own part of the light show. Beat detection makes the lights hit exactly on the kick — not just reacting to volume, but to the rhythm itself. Choose your genre: Disco for a punchy show, Techno for tight fast flashes, or Chill for a slow, flowing vibe.

FULLY ON YOUR OWN DEVICE All audio is processed in real time on your iPhone. Nothing is recorded, stored or transmitted. LumiBeat only communicates with your Hue bridge on your own local network.

KEEPS GOING WHEN YOUR PHONE IS LOCKED Lock your phone and LumiBeat hands the show over to the bridge itself. The lights keep dancing even without the app in the foreground. Open the app again and the music-reactive show takes back over.

ROOMS AND COLOURS Import your existing Hue rooms with one tap, or create new rooms. Choose a unique colour palette per room using the colour flower. All settings are saved locally — you never have to set things up again.

STROBE AND SPECIAL EFFECTS For the big moments: activate strobe mode for rapid light flashes. Warning: strobe mode contains rapid flashing lights and is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

NO BRIDGE? NO PROBLEM On the connection screen, tap 'Try without a bridge' for a full demo mode with simulated lights on screen.

REQUIREMENTS A Philips Hue bridge (second generation or newer) and colour-capable lights are required. The app works over your local Wi-Fi — no cloud, no subscription, no account.

PRIVACY No account. No tracking. No data collection. Microphone audio is analysed in real time on your device and is never recorded, stored or transmitted.
