⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Estim8 Pro is an incredible tool! My background is in construction and flipping houses, so I have a good understanding of projects, costs, and working with contractors. I recently used SUPE through Estim8 Pro for a concrete project I’m working on, and I was seriously impressed. I spent maybe 20 seconds giving SUPE the basic measurements and an overview of the project. From that little bit of information, she came back with a complete material list, detailed cost breakdown, estimated contractor costs, and an expected price range of $2,700–$4,485. Here’s the impressive part: I had two actual contractors quote the project, and their bids came in at $3,500 and $3,100 — both right inside SUPE’s estimated price range! But Estim8 Pro did much more than just estimate the cost. SUPE actually educated me on how the project should be completed. It explained what I should be looking for throughout the job, including proper compaction, the amount of concrete and rebar needed, using 4,000 PSI concrete, and making sure the concrete is poured to the proper 4-inch depth. Basically, Estim8 walked me through the entire process and gave me enough information to understand what each phase of the job should look like. Even with my background in construction and flipping homes, having all of this information laid out so quickly and clearly is incredibly valuable. It gives you the knowledge to ask the right questions, evaluate contractor bids, and know what to look for as the work progresses. On this one project alone, Estim8 Pro could potentially save me thousands of dollars by helping me understand what the job should actually cost and protecting me from overpriced bids. Even more valuable, it educates you throughout the process so you can make informed decisions instead of simply relying on what a contractor tells you. Highly recommend Estim8 Pro!
