FOLLOW A PLAN OR BUILD YOUR OWN Start one of the ready-made programmes in a single tap, or create your own routines from a catalogue of hundreds of exercises — barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight and more. Flag warm-up sets, set per-side movements, and give each exercise its own targets.
