EvolveWell is a new secure mobile workspace built for frontline teams — a purpose-built Employee Hub that brings assigned updates, training, and a daily Pulse Check together in one place.

• Stay current with assigned bulletins Read policy updates, operational notices, and important announcements shared with your team. Open the full bulletin, complete the related quiz if one is included, and acknowledge when you're done — so your supervisors know you're aligned.

• Complete role-targeted training Work through training assigned to your role at your own pace. Complete the related quiz if one is included; progress and completion are tracked automatically.

• Share a daily Pulse Check A new daily Pulse Check — a quick, structured check-in about your shift. Share whether you had what you needed, what made work harder, and how you felt physically. Your responses help your organization spot fatigue and friction patterns early and improve support over time.

• See only what's assigned to you Bulletins, training, and Pulse Check are tailored to your role and team — no clutter, no irrelevant content.

• Track what's done and what's pending Built-in progress tracking shows completed work, open assignments, and overdue items, all in one place.

HOW IT WORKS

EvolveWell is provided by your employer. Your account is created in the EvolveWell Management Hub by your organization's administrator and is available the first time you sign in with your work email. You cannot create an account from the app.

The Employee Hub is built natively for mobile — designed for frontline use on shift, with push notifications and flows you can complete in minutes.

PRIVACY

We collect only what's needed to deliver bulletins, training, and Pulse Check, and to keep your account secure. We do not show advertising, do not track you across apps, and do not sell personal data. Session diagnostics are masked so we never capture your typing or the contents of images.
