LC Gate Management

LC Gate Management is an official internal operations tool for Western Railway

(Bhavnagar–Porbandar Division) field supervisors, gate inspectors, and division officers to manage level crossing gate records digitally.

KEY FEATURES

Interactive Gate Map View all level crossing gates plotted on a live map with status and type filters. Tap any marker to instantly open the full gate detail panel.

Gate Registry Browse and search the complete gate register with multi-column dynamic filters. View all 165+ fields per gate including LC number, block section, major section, classification (A/B/C/D/E/F), TVU, inter-lock status, road width, visibility, and more.

Add & Edit Gates Add new gate records or update existing ones with the full official field set used in Indian Railways level crossing registers.

Bulk Import Import gate data directly from official Indian Railways Excel registers, including embedded Google Drive hyperlinks.

Photo Manager Capture and upload on-site inspection photographs per gate. View, manage, and delete photos with automatic last-photo timestamp tracking.

Revision History Full audit trail of every change — who changed what and when. Supports rollback and restore for any previous gate state.

User Management Admin-controlled user accounts with role-based access: Viewer, Inspector, Supervisor, and Admin.

IMPORTANT NOTE This application is for authorised Western Railway BVP Division personnel only. Login credentials are issued by your Division Administrator. The app requires a network connection to the division server.
