Ynestly keeps a private, single-device record of home assets that need upkeep. Add appliances, filters, fixtures, or furniture; assign each item to a managed room and category; track its status and next service date; and attach local photo evidence when needed.

The app is designed for quick review before chores or repairs: asset cards show the room, category, service state, and photo state immediately, while detail screens provide the full record and an edit path.
