WORKOUTS

• Log a workout and get an automatic calorie burn estimate. Steps count too, and can add to your daily calorie budget if you choose to do so.

NUTRITION

• Take a photo of your meal and get a calorie and macro estimate. Or scan a nutrition label, scan a barcode, or just describe what you ate in a sentence. Every meal breaks down into ingredients you can edit by hand.

STAY ACCOUNTABLE

• Start a chat and bring your friends along the ride. Share your progress daily to keep each other serious.
