BUILT ON THE LAW Calculations follow the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and its Executive Regulations: 21 days of basic wage for each of the first five years, 30 days for each year beyond, with the total capped at two years of basic wage. Eligibility, proration, and unpaid leave are handled for you.
