Medikue staff

Medikue Staff is the hospital operations companion for authorized clinic and front-desk staff at participating Medikue hospitals.

Manage outpatient (OP) queues from a phone or tablet—call tokens, scan QR check-ins, add walk-ins, and keep patients moving without paper registers.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Sign in with your hospital code and staff phone (OTP) • View and operate the live OP queue for active sessions • Scan patient QR tokens for check-in • Register walk-in patients at the desk • Create and manage OP sessions • Add and update doctor profiles (where permitted) • Upload doctor photos and hospital branding • Post hospital announcements • View OP history and consultation ledger (where permitted) • Open support tickets with Medikue operations

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

Medikue Staff is for hospital employees with an active staff account—not for patients. Patient booking and queue tracking are in the separate Medikue patient app.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your hospital admin invites you or provisions your staff account
2. Sign in with hospital code + phone OTP
3. Open today’s OP session or live queue
4. Scan tokens, add walk-ins, and advance the queue
5. Patients see updates in the Medikue patient app

PERMISSIONS

• Camera — scan patient OP token QR codes at check-in • Photo library — upload doctor profile and hospital images (admin roles)
