MedQuePMS Patient is your personal companion for visits to your clinic. Book appointments, see exactly where you are in the queue, and keep your prescriptions, lab reports, and visit history in one secure place — no more waiting without answers or hunting for paper receipts.

Your clinic uses MedQuePMS to run its front desk and care team. This app is the patient side of that platform: sign in with your mobile number and everything from your clinic stays in sync on your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Know your place in line — see your live queue position and estimated wait time, and get a notification when your turn is approaching. Show your QR code at reception to check in.

• Book your next visit — request an appointment with your clinic in a few taps and see your upcoming visits at a glance.

• Prepare before you see the doctor — the AI Nurse lets you describe your symptoms in your own language so your care team is ready when you arrive. (It only helps prepare for your visit — it is not a diagnosis or medical advice; your doctor decides your care.)

• Keep your records handy — view past consultations, prescriptions, and lab reports whenever you need them, and open or download your receipts.

• Stay informed — timely notifications for appointment reminders and queue updates.

PRIVATE AND SECURE

• Sign in securely with your mobile number and a one-time password. • Your personal and health information is encrypted, and each clinic's data is kept separate. • You are in control: download a copy of your data anytime, and delete your account and data from within the app (Profile → Delete my account & data).
