FieldBooking

FieldBooking is an internal scheduling tool for school stadium resources. It targets sports staff, teachers, and students who need to book 5-a-side, 7-a-side, or training venues without overlapping bookings or seeking approval through messaging applications. The 'Schedule' tab is the main entry point. The user selects a spacing, switches between weekly and daily views, and then clicks on the opened slot to make a reservation. The occupancy status of the day will be displayed in advance, and maintenance or lockdown notifications will also be displayed when the stadium is unavailable. The quick booking operation will scan for upcoming slots and open the form in the next free window. Booking is created in a structured form: booker name, group type, purpose, number of players, time frame, and optional comments. Some pitches will be automatically confirmed; Others are waiting for the teacher's approval. The "Booking" tab lists all content, including search, filtering, and sorting. Staff can approve or reject from the list or detailed information screen, including batch approval when there are multiple requests waiting. The analysis covers weekly and monthly usage: hours per pitch, total load share, and peak booking window. This helps determine where to centralize maintenance or adjust opening hours. The report will export monthly, weekly, or maintenance logs to a document or shared table for easy year-end summary and maintenance planning.
