She does not offer diagnosis or medical advice, and cannot replace professional care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24/7 in the US and Canada). Crisis resources are always reachable inside the app too.

YOUR PRIVACY IS THE FOUNDATION • Conversations are treated as the most sensitive class of data, encrypted in transit and at rest • We never sell your data, and there are no ads • You can delete your account in the app at any time, and your data is permanently deleted with it
